Maybe even mini wind turbines or pinwheel turbines that power the lights....(OF my own invention........If the lights could be powered.....SO could a laptop, a cellphone and or any small device......Already gave the most basic concept to Bill Gates to....well do what HE wants with it.....MY design is better.....and far more efficient.....)
What I gave Bill Gates, was this: Attach some of these, to a mini turbine generator......then run a mini USB cable from the turbine to whatever device that needs powered.......The off-shore winds and the on-shore winds ought to be plenty enough to power LED lights, a power-efficient Cellphone, laptop, iPhone iPad or other types of similar devices.......
MY design has some ADDED features......that make the power going to any device more than the device uses in an hour.....AND it uses certain power efficient means to even out power flow......
While traveling, in a car, truck van, mini-van SUV, train, (NO planes....LOL! However, I COULD attach a few to the outer wing tips maybe that can withstand over 1,000 MPH winds) and that by itself could power the plane, charge devices, and be a backup power source in case the plane's OWN power stopped working!)
NOW! IF I were to...add in a Wind Turbine out-board of the existing Engines......used to power the plane......in-flight, the best thing about MY design on this is....the props on the out-board turbine can also act as a back-up wind-powered engine that would not only add speed to the plane, also it would keep the plane in the air longer and make the plane safer because the Pilots usually point the plane's noses downwards (Prop-engined planes) to keep the props turning to keep the plane in the air longer.......the turbine props would turn faster outside thus directing air across the wings creating more LIFT thus keeping the plane in the air and safer......

They deregulated the wind and solar industry because they wanted to force it into the ground! ALL because they still want to use up ALL of the oil that is available before they consider allowing Solar and wind! By THEN....the air won't be breathable, The environment will be SO toxic that nothing will grow, AND the water will be undrinkable/unusable!!! EH they don't give a FUCK! As LONG as they get PAID......who gives a FUCK! that...my lady...is how THEY think!
I considered distributing miniature versions of this "Free Energy Tower" that you could place in your front and or back yard which would provide that person or family whom lives there, with all of their free energy they need........It would be...about the size of a small Wind mill.....
that you see in some front yards! It would be a lot like WIFI instead for electricity!
