Miley, I have to always assume the worst but hope for the best...that way...I'm prepared for the worst.....which IS why I was talking about death.......and being buried at landfills...where my body would and could be utilized to produce electrical energy for the living.....that is how I wish to give back after my death.....whenever that is.

FOCUS......try to get to see me........actually SEE me...laying there! Every time your mind wanders......redirect it! Keep it on the task......on the astral projection.........
first of all, regulate your breathing......get to a super relaxed state. Your entire body should feel heavy......focus your mind on seeing ME......I want you to practice every night.......starting off each night with a meditative state....as I do! You can also integrate your intense emotional feelings into your meditative state. It will help you in the overall construct.
I want you to relax.......focus your energies and focus on seeing my face.....I do the same thing nightly.....before you know it......you're waking up refreshed......a little groggy.....but still well rested.
